Every question, not one in five.

A bubble on every page. They click, they type, done. We ask for their email after they've typed, not before. It lands in one inbox with a push to your phone, and if you're not free we email you too, so you reply from wherever you are.

Not a form to find. Not a phone number to hand over. Not a dropdown to guess. Just the question, on the page it happened on.

The model. A hundred people start typing. The share who reach Submit is Zuko's 42.7% at five fields, and each field above or below moves it by about 10% relative, the slope in the Marketo and Imagescape tests: three fields keeps about 53, five 43, twelve about 20. The "one in a hundred start the form" is our working assumption; change it and the shape stays the same. The * on 100: everyone who had a question and clicked, because there is nothing between them and asking it. If a figure here is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it the same day.
