Do I need Claude?
No. The assistant that answers your customers runs on our account and is included. Claude is what lets your own agent do the setup and keep the guides current, and it works from the desktop, the web, your phone and your terminal. See it in action.
Which plan?
Start on Freelancer. When you add a fourth person or a fourth site, the desk tells you. Nothing breaks, and you can change plans right there.
What happens on day 15?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, unless you've cancelled. We send a reminder three days before, and there's a 30-day refund if you forget.
What about GST?
Prices are in NZ dollars, before GST. 15% is added at checkout, and your invoice shows it.
What currency am I billed in?
US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its usual rate.
What counts as a site?
One widget key, one inbound email address. Archived sites don't count toward your limit.
