Questions.
Do I need Claude?
No. You don't need Claude — use it as a help desk on its own. tiny.help integrates with Claude natively, and that includes desktop, web, mobile and your terminal.
Which plan?
Start on Freelancer. When you add a fourth person or a fourth site, the desk tells you — nothing breaks, and you can change plans right there.
What happens on day 15?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, unless you've cancelled. We send a reminder three days before, and there's a 30-day refund if you forget.
What about GST?
Prices are in NZ dollars, before GST. 15% is added at checkout, and your invoice shows it.
What currency am I billed in?
US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its usual rate.
What counts as a site?
One widget key, one inbound email address. Archived sites don't count toward your limit.
