tiny.help · Book a demo
Book the demo without leaving the chat
A Book a demo button in your live chat, checked against your real calendar. Visitors pick a day and a time in their own time zone, leave an email, and you both get the invite. No scheduling page to send them to, and no second tool to pay for.
On every plan, from $9 a month. No booking add-on.
Pricing that grows with you
Every plan includes unlimited invoices.
Then it is in both calendars, and in the thread
Nobody copies a time out of a chat. The booking is written down in the three places it needs to be.
You’re booked in with Sam from Quillmark.
When: Thursday 9 October, 11:00 am EDT, 25 minutes
Where: meet.google.com/qmk-sam

invite.icsIn their calendar
An invite from your site’s name, in their time zone, with your meeting link and a link to cancel. Replying to it reaches you.
Priya: Booked a demo: Thursday 9 October, 11:00 am EDT, 25 minutes.
And by email: Demo booked: Priya, Thursday 9 October, 11:00 am EDT, with the invite and a link to the conversation.
On your phone
A push the moment it is booked, and the same invite in your inbox, so it is in your calendar without you touching it.
In the conversation
The booking lands in the thread it came from, so whoever takes the call can read what they asked before they say hello.
Only the times you are actually free
Set your hours for each day, in your own time zone. tiny.help takes away anything busy in your calendar and any demo already booked, and offers what is left. Visitors see every time in their own zone, so nobody converts anything in their head.
- Connect Google Calendar. Tick which of your calendars count as busy. tiny.help sees when you are busy and nothing else: no titles, no guests, no details.
- Or any calendar with a private link. Outlook, iCloud and Fastmail all have one. Outlook can publish free/busy only, which is all this needs.
- Your rules. A length from 15 to 60 minutes, start times every 15, 30 or 60, how much notice, how far ahead, and the most demos in a day.
- No double booking. The time is checked again at the moment someone takes it, and one person holds one upcoming demo at a time.
Out of the box it is 25 minutes on the hour and half hour, which leaves five minutes between two in a row. The Book a Demo tab previews the week a visitor would see, so you can check it before you switch it on.
Start it from your own button
The Book a demo button you already have can open the chat straight into the times. So can the quiet button inside the chat, and so can a visitor who just types that they would like one.
<a href="#book-demo">Book a demo</a>
<!-- or, from JavaScript -->
<button onclick="tinyhelp.book()">
Book a demo
</button>
With bookings switched off, the same button just opens the chat, so it is safe to leave in place.
- Your own buttonSet any link to
#book-demo. That works in Webflow, Framer, Squarespace and WordPress, where a button only takes a URL. - The chat’s buttonA small button above the message box, before the conversation starts. Call it what you like: Book a call, Talk to sales. Visitors you already know by email never see it, since they are usually customers.
- Their own words“Can I book a demo?” or “I’d like to set up a call” gets the same times, at any point in the conversation.
On every plan
The live chat, the shared inbox, the assistant and Book a demo, for one price. The plans differ only in how many sites and people they cover.
1 site, 1 person
3 sites, 3 people
6 sites, unlimited people
25 sites, unlimited people
- Card up front, nothing charged until day 15
- Your calendar’s events stay private: only busy times are used
- Privacy policy
Questions.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar connects directly: you tick which of your calendars count as busy, and tiny.help sees when you are busy and nothing else, never what the events are. Any other calendar that can share a private link works too: Outlook, iCloud and Fastmail all have one, usually under “publish”, “share”, or “secret address in iCal format”. Outlook can publish free/busy only, which is all this needs. With no calendar at all, your hours and the demos already booked decide what is free.
What time zone do visitors see?
Their own. You set your hours in yours, and the chat shows every time in the visitor’s, so nobody converts anything in their head. The invite says the time in their zone too, with its abbreviation.
Where does the meeting happen?
Wherever your meeting link points. Paste your Zoom, Google Meet or Whereby room and it goes in every invite. Leave it empty and the invite says you will send one.
Can they cancel, or move it?
The invite email has a cancel link. Using it tells both of you, frees the time, and writes a line into the conversation. To move a demo they cancel and book again in the chat. Either of you can also reply to the invite email, and it reaches the other.
Who takes the demos?
One person per site, picked on the site’s Book a Demo tab, and the account owner until you pick someone else. A person’s calendar serves every site they take demos for, so two sites cannot book them for the same time.
Can I call it something other than Book a demo?
Yes. The button’s words are yours, up to 40 characters: Book a call, Talk to sales, Book a fitting.
What if there are no times free?
The chat says so and asks them to say when suits, and the conversation reaches you like any other, so a busy week never turns into a dead end.
Does it cost extra?
No. Book a demo is on every plan, Solo at $9 a month included. No booking add-on and no per-seat scheduling tool. See pricing.
