Their own colours, or one of 18 widget themes, their own welcome message and their own face on the launcher. Their visitors never see another client’s name.
An email address per site
Every site has its own inbound address. Forward a client’s support mail to it and their emails sit in the same inbox as their chats.
Put a name on it, and fence it off
“@mere can you take this one?” in a private note is the handover. It pins to the top of Mere’s inbox, pushes to her phone and emails her if she’s away, and stays pinned until someone marks it done. The customer never sees the note.
Nothing is routed away from anyone else. Assignment adds a nudge; it never makes the inbox go quiet for the rest of the team.
Choose who sees which site
Owners see every site. Everyone else sees the sites you tick for them: the developer on three clients, the account manager on five, a client’s own staff on just theirs.

On Studio and Agency, adding a designer, a junior or a client’s office manager costs nothing. You never have to decide who is worth a seat.
The assistant knows each client’s facts, and only theirs
Each site has its own knowledge: the pages tinyhelp crawled from that client’s site, up to 300 of them, and the guides your own Claude or ChatGPT wrote from their docs or their code. You read every guide before it goes up.

Questions.
Can a client log in and see only their own site?
Yes. Invite them by email and tick the sites they can see; they sign in and find those conversations and nothing else. The same goes for a contractor who only looks after one client. People are unlimited on Studio and Agency, so a client login costs nothing.
Can we remove the tiny.help branding?
Partly. The widget wears each client’s colours, welcome message and face on the launcher. A small grey “powered by tiny.help” line sits under the chat panel on every plan, and there is no tier that takes it off. If you need a fully white-labelled widget, we are the wrong tool.
What counts as a site?
One widget key and one inbound email address. Archived sites don’t count toward your limit, so an old client can be archived to free the space without losing the history.

Email John at john@tiny.help and we will sort out a plan that fits. The Agency plan covers 25 sites; past that it is a conversation rather than a price on a page.
Can we start on Studio and move up later?
Yes. Change plans any time and it is prorated to the day. When you outgrow a plan the desk tells you, and nothing breaks: your clients’ visitors never see a paywall, whatever happens to your plan.
