tiny.help · Setup with AI
Let your AI agent
set up the help desk
Connect Claude Code, Claude, Codex or ChatGPT and say one sentence. It creates the site, installs the widget if it can see your code, and writes your support guides from what you have already built. You sign in, pick a plan, and read every word before anything goes up.
Your first sign-in creates the account. 14 days free, then from $9 a month.
The knowledge is the hard part
The hard part of a help desk was never the widget. It is the knowledge: somebody has to sit down and write out everything a customer might ask. That is why most desks ship with an empty knowledge base that stays empty.
Connect your agent to tiny.help and it is handed the instructions. It reads your codebase feature by feature, or compiles what you have already written, and produces one guide per area with a source line under every claim. It checks each claim back against the source. It strips anything internal. Then it stops and asks you to read the folder.
Nothing goes up until you say so. The guides live in your repo, so next time the product changes your agent updates them and pushes them again.

Yes. The change is prorated to the day, and the difference shows on your next invoice. Read the folder, then tell me to upload.
upload_faq_files9 up, assistant on
Nothing is uploaded until you say so. It writes to your repo, in the open, and stops.
Connect it, and say one thing
Two lines, and your agent has the instructions. You sign in, pick a plan, and read what it writes. It does the rest.
Paste this into your agent
Claude Code, in your project's folder:

tinyhelp https://desk.tiny.help/mcp
/mcp to sign inCodex: codex mcp add tinyhelp --url https://desk.tiny.help/mcp. Claude or ChatGPT in the browser: add https://desk.tiny.help/mcp as a connector.
Then say:
Set up tiny.help for https://yoursite.com
What you do yourself
- Sign in when the browser opens. Your first sign-in creates the account.
- Pick a plan and add a card at Stripe. 14 days free, nothing charged until day 15.
- Tell your agent you're done. It creates the site, sets the welcome message and colours, installs the widget if it can see your code, and crawls what you tell it to.
- Read what it wrote. Every guide, before a word of it is uploaded. This is the only step nobody can do for you, and it is worth the twenty minutes.
- Turn on notifications at the end: the bell on your desk, then the desk on your phone.
After setup, it stays useful
Your agent stays connected, so the knowledge keeps up with the product instead of going stale.
Keeps the guides current
When the product changes, ask it to re-run the guides. It updates them in your repo and pushes them again, and re-crawls the site after a redesign.
Corrects the assistant
Tell it what the assistant got wrong and it saves a correction the assistant follows on every answer from then on.
Works the inbox with you
Pull a thread into your terminal, find the line, draft the reply in your voice. It only ever sends once you say so. With Claude or ChatGPT and Codex.
Questions.
Do I need a Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
No. The assistant that answers your customers runs on our account and is included on every plan, with no per-answer fee. A Claude or ChatGPT plan is what lets your own agent do the setup: read your code, write your support guides, and upload them once you have read every word. Worth having, not required.
Can I set it up without an AI agent?
Yes. Start a trial in the browser and the desk’s checklist walks you through it: add the site, paste the script tag, send yourself a hello, and turn on notifications. The Knowledge tab crawls your site for the assistant. The agent is the faster way to the support guides, not the only way in.
Does anything go live without me?
No. Your agent writes the guides to a folder in your repo and stops. Nothing is uploaded until you tell it to, and it never sends a customer a message unless you say so.
What is MCP?
The open standard Claude, ChatGPT and Codex use to connect to other tools. tiny.help’s MCP server is at https://desk.tiny.help/mcp. Your agent signs in through your browser, and it can only reach the account you signed in to.
Your agent already knows your product
